Captain Bill Owens
Retired FDNY, Key West Local
As of March 2023, Bill is the new captain of the Rampage. He has experience running charters here in Key West as well as Myrtle Beach, SC.Bill was a FDNY fire fighter prior to moving to Old Town Key West. Bill has experience fishing and boating all over the country and knows the spots here in Key West.

Eric has been a mate on vessels throughout Key West for the past 20 years and been on the Rampage for 8 years. He is well remembered by all of our past guests and will ensure you have the best experience possible. Fishing and marine habitat lessons are included!
